Porsche has just unveiled the new Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid, the most powerful and efficient Cayenne model ever made.
Unlike other 2024 Cayenne models, the plug-in hybrid variant combines a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine with an electric motor to produce a combined 729 horsepower and 700 ft-lbs of torque.
This potent powertrain gives the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid a 0-62 mph time of just 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 183 mph. It can also travel up to 90 kilometers on electric power alone, perfect for short commutes and errands.
The Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid is equipped with a number of other performance-enhancing features, including a new adaptive air suspension system, active roll stabilization, and a torque vectoring system. It also comes standard with 22-inch alloy wheels and carbon-ceramic brakes.
Inside, the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid features a luxurious and spacious cabin with seating for up to five adults. The standard features include a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 14-speaker Bose sound system, and heated and ventilated front seats.
The new Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid is set to arrive in early 2024. Pricing has not yet been announced, but it is expected to be the most expensive Cayenne yet.
