LG is making a big push into gaming gear with the all-new UtraGear 17G90Q, the brand’s first gaming-focused laptop. It’s got the looks thanks to a slim gray aluminum housing and contrasting purple accents.
Despite a svelte profile and weighing under 6 lbs., the UltraGear 17G90Q is built to perform. It boasts an 11th generation Intel Tiger Lake H processor paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q graphics card. It’s even got dual-channel memory to help power you through your favorite titles. Everything will look sharp and smooth on its 17.3″ IPS screen which supports a a 300Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time.
Other features include 1TB of storage, WiFi-6E connectivity, plus Intel’s Killer Wireless. It’s also has an HDMI port, a MicroSD slot, a headphone jack, an RJ45 port, and a series of USB 4 and 3.2 Gen slots.
More details and pricing are expected to be released when LG formally unveils the UltraGear 17G90Q at CES on Jan. 6.
