Amazon’s updating it’s entire range of e-readers, from it’s basic Kindle to the Kindle Paperwhite.
However, Amazon has also added the Kindle Scribe to the family. It’s the first Kindle that you can actually write on. The Kindle Scribe features a 10.2″ 300 ppi display that lets you take notes, markup PDFs, create sticky notes, and much more.
Other features include 64GB of storage and a battery life of up to 12 weeks, so long as you’re reading more than writing on the device. There’s also a choice of a basic and premium pen, with the latter adding a customizable shortcut button and a dedicated eraser.
Kindle Scribe starts $340 and arrives in November, but pre-orders are open now.
