Insta360 is aiming to raise the bar for action cameras with a little help from Leica.
The brand’s new Insta360 Ace Pro is an action camera co-engineered with Leica that boasts a large 1/1.3″ sensor and 5nm AI chip for superior image quality. It can capture up to 8K video and 48MP photos, and features a 2.4″ flip screen and advanced AI features.
Inside, is a large 1/1.3″ sensor allows the Ace Pro to capture stunning 8K video and 48MP photos, even in low-light conditions. A new processor powers the Ace Pro’s advanced AI features, such as PureVideo, which reduces noise and enhances brightness and dynamic range.
Other features on the Ace Pro include FlowState stabilization to retail details even while moving, a 2.4″ flip making it easy to frame shots and see footage clearly, waterproof design down to 32 feet, and a host of new AI features, such as Auto Edit, which automatically creates highlight reels of your footage. The Ace Pro can even be Ace Pro can be controlled using voice commands or gestures, making it easy to capture hands-free footage.
