Husqvarna is perhaps best known for its dirt bikes, but its latest offering is designed specifically for the asphalt.
The Vitpilen 701 features a 693cc single-cylinder engine, supplied by parent company KTM, cradled within a modern, minimalist body. The frame has been engineered to provide detailed feedback to the rider and even weight distribution. The bike also comes with a ride-by-wire throttle, ABS (which can be disabled), and traction control.
Stopped power is provided by a 320mm disc up front mated to a Brembo four-piston caliper. Out back is a 240mm disc and Brembo single-piston caliper.
