Bang & Olufsen has new has introduced its newest generation of earbuds, the Beoplay EX, which have been fitted with the company’s largest speaker drivers that they’ve ever fit into a true wireless earphone.
The design houses a 9.2mm driver in each earbud, six microphones, and adaptive active noise cancellation for distraction-free listening. The traditional AirPod-style stick shape is ergonomically designed for a snug fit, while also offering glass touch surface controls. Beoplay EX earbuds are also IP57-rated for dust and water resistance so they’re safe to workout with, unlike Apple’s entry-level AirPods which aren’t IP-rated, for example. Lastly, they come with a wireless charging case that provides 28 hours of continuous use.
You can grab a pair of Beoplay EX earbuds at B&O’s website for $400 when they go on sale next month.
