Audi is giving the e-tron a new name and a slew of new updates. For 2023, the EV’s designated as the Audi Q8 e-tron — making it an official member of the automaker’s SUV lineup.
Front and rear fascias are redesigned on on the S line package, with the Singleframe grille now matching the body color. This is also the first Audi to receive a new four-ring logo that’s now flatter and more two-dimensional.
Performance is also improved, with three drivetrain options: a 250kW model with 305 miles (313 for Sportback) of range (WLTP), a 300kW model with up to 361 miles (372 miles for Sportback) of range (WLTP), and a 370kW model with up to 306 miles (318 for Sportback) of range (WLTP). Even charging performance has improved for 2023, with models being able to charge up to to 80% in as little as a half an hour, which is good for about 260 miles.
Audi’s new Q8 e-trons also get an updated air-spring suspension system standard for enhanced ride comfort and improved maneuverability in the corners, recycled options for the interior trim, high-resolution displays, remote parking technology, and optional Digital Matrix LED headlights.
2023 Audi Q8 e-tron deliveries will come in next spring. Pricing pricing and EPA range information will come closer to its debut.
