Footwear and apparel brand adidas is no stranger to innovative design. That’s evident in their newest accessory, a pair of self-charging over-ears.
The RPT-02 SOL is made with Powerfoyle, a state-of-the-art material that charges the performance headphones in any light. They can even store up to 80 hours of listening time for future usage.
Additional features include headphones include an IPX4-rating, a washable headband and ear cushions, and they’re even made from at least 51% post-consumer recycled nylon and plastic. The solar headphones boast a dynamic 45mm driver and frequency response range of 20Hz-20kHz.
adidas’ RPT-02 SOL headphones will be available on the brand’s online store for $229. They ship later this month, but are available for pre-order today.
