The iconic BMW X3 is back and completely redesigned for the 2025 model year.
The fourth-generation X3 boasts a bold new look that’s both sharper and more imposing. It’s grown slightly in stature, offering a more commanding presence on the road. The signature kidney grille takes center stage, even more prominent with the standard “Iconic Glow” contour lighting on the M50 xDrive model.
There are two engine options including the standard X3 30 xDrive features a peppy turbocharged four-cylinder churning out 255 horsepower, while the range-topping X3 M50 xDrive packs a serious punch with its twin-turbocharged inline-six producing a staggering 393 horsepower. Both engines benefit from a 48-volt mild-hybrid system, ensuring a smooth and efficient driving experience.
Taking a cue from its sportier siblings, the new X3 boasts a driver-centric interior. Think sleek lines, premium materials, and a tech-laden environment. An optional panoramic moonroof bathes the cabin in natural light, while the new BMW Curved Display takes center stage. This innovative system combines a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster with a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, powered by the latest BMW Operating System 9. But the real showstopper might be the BMW Digital Key Plus (subscription required), which allows you to not only unlock your car with your phone, but also stream videos, listen to Spotify, or even play games right from your X3’s infotainment system.
