The XT4 is the latest addition to Cadillac’s small SUV lineup, and it’s also the first of the new-era XT models, which will soon include the XT5, a luxurious longer-wheelbase version of the XT4.
For now, the changes you see in the refreshed XT4 are mostly subtle. The biggest aesthetic change to the XT4 is a new color scheme, and new wheels with up to 24″ wheels available. Inside, the XT4 gains a new 33-inch 9K LED display with Cadillac’s Virtual Cockpit System, an available AKG 13-speaker audio system, plus an updated navigation system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
When it comes to the drivetrain, the XT4 is powered by a 235-horsepower 2.0L turbocharged engine with a nine-speed automatic transmission with electronic shift control. All models are available with all-wheel-drive as standard. Other enhancements include 5G Hotspot, a new safety package that includes Reverse Automatic Braking, Active Safety Package features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking, HD Surround Vision, and an available twin-clutch all-wheel-drive system.
